Samantha Jones

Samantha Jones began her career in dentistry at the age of 16. Her passion for communication and relationship building blossomed over the course of her 27 year career in dentistry. Sam became a dental practice manager in her 20’s, developing administrative strategies to grow both the practice and the people within it. Sam co-founded her first company, Compass Dental Practice Solutions in 2018, offering dental professionals the same support, knowledge and strategies that founded her own success. While launching Compass, Sam also served as chief operations officer for a small dental group, where she worked daily in the practices. This experience has enabled her to develop the administrative and clinical systems and solutions that are being utilized in hundreds of practices across the country today.

Samantha understands that the experience of working in the practice provided invaluable experience and insight into the daily challenges dental teams face today. Sam understands the business of dentistry and is pleased to be an asset to the success of owners growing their solo practice entities into multi-practice entities. In recent years, she has done her own research and development around the deep roots of the challenges her clients truly face. What she found was that challenges are often an outcome of distraction and living our days unintentionally and without clear direction. This got her curious about the behaviours that drive us. “Where do those come from”, she asked herself, so she decided to study the brain a bit.

Samantha completed a certification in applied neurosciences she could better understand the functions of the brain and how they impact our interactions every single day. She decided that what she had learned was so important to share, that she made a pivot, and launched her second company Cre8wise Movement in late 2022, and is now focused on facilitating insights, direction and movement in people’s lives and businesses using evidence based brain science to help others effectively and thoughtfully Cre8wise movement towards a life they will love.
